Financial Manager

Job Description

  • Complete interactive communication and direct Cooperation with our International partner overseas.
  • English language proficiency is a must
  • Prepare and maintain timely and accurate trial balance and financial statements
  • Manage day-to-day and accurate management’s financial or internal reports
  • Implementations of further and better cost accounting solutions for a manufacturing company.
  • Ascertainment of cost, fixation of selling price, proper recording and presentation of cost data to management for measuring efficiency and for cost control and cost reduction, ascertaining the profit of each activity, assisting management in decision making and determination
  • English language proficiency is a must.
  • This role requires strong hands-on Cost Accounting Systems functional experience, including: • Convert business requirements into functional requirements documents for projects requiring cost accounting support.
  • You have experience in following modules: Finance (FI), Sales &

Distribution (SD), Material Manager (MM), Inventory Management

(IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP),

Logistics Execution (LE), Project System (PS), Human Resources (HCM)

  • Participation in designing cost accounting solutions and further implementation,
  • Assist in defining functional requirements for ongoing system maintenance and future functionality to meet requirements and improve system efficiency
  • Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and business partners
  • Working with a collaborative team, you will create and deliver IT solutions that generate real business benefit. 

Requirements: 

  • English language proficiency is a must.
  • Basic Qualifications • Minimum 5+ years of experience related to Cost Accounting Systems or At least 3 years of experience in the preparation of costing in manufacturing companies.
  • Education / Certifications • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Auditing, and Industrial Engineering •
  • You have successfully participated as a subject matter expert and/or have managed at least 3 full lifecycle Cost Accounting Systems implementations
  • You have extensive experience in understanding business requirements and proposing solutions by using standard procedures
  • You have comprehensive understanding of the cost accounting concepts*
